1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NovanLabs services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Services Description

NovanLabs provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables website owners to expose their content as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) data source. Features include content ingestion, indexing, and AI-ready endpoint generation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@anysitemcp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. Billing inquiries should be directed to billing@anysitemcp.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe any intellectual property right; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; or (e) circumvent usage limits or quotas.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related software, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of NovanLabs. You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovanLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
