Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model
NovanLabs offers subscription-based plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
3. Pro-Rata Rules
Upgrades to a higher plan take effect immediately; you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date — no pro-rated credit is issued for the unused portion of a higher-tier plan.
4. Refund Exceptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of: (a) a verified technical failure preventing access for an extended period; or (b) duplicate billing due to a payment processing error. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to billing@anysitemcp.com.
