Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing portal. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of the current period.
Absolutely. Cancel anytime with no penalties. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Your ingested pages and data remain intact. If you downgrade to a lower tier, features above your new plan's limits become read-only until you either reduce usage or upgrade again.
New page ingestions will be blocked until you either remove existing pages or upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing published pages remain live and accessible.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Billing is handled securely — we never store your card details.
